Our Walk-On and Walk-Off services are designed to make every trip smoother, simpler, and more enjoyable. From provisioning and pre-trip checks to post-trip cleaning and secure shutdown, your First Mate handles everything so you can focus on what matters most: enjoying your time on the water.

Walk-On Service

Everything is prepared for you to step aboard and go.
Provisioning: groceries, drinks, ice, bait purchased and stowed
Fuel & water top-ups; fluid checks for engines and generators
Covers removed; clears/biminis installed; gear organised
Fenders and lines arranged for departure
Pre-trip systems check: batteries, bilge pumps, lights, VHF, nav equipment
Cabin aired; fridges switched on; towels refreshed
Pre-trip observations noted in your app

Walk-Off Service

Return to shore and we’ll return the vessel to 100%.
Rubbish removed; galley wiped; quick interior vacuum
Full exterior washdown and salt removal
Deeper clean for fishing vessels (live wells, bait boards, decks)
Systems shut down: electronics off, gas secured, seacocks closed
Covers reinstalled; lines secured; fenders adjusted
Hatches locked; shore power connection confirmed
Post-trip report with photos and notes uploaded to your app
Optional Enhancements

Valet Cleaning Service (full detailing after heavy use or fishing trips)

All services are billed at cost for items purchased plus your First Mate’s standard hourly rate.
Valet Cleaning Services are quoted separately and billed at cost.

How to Book

1.

Contact your First Mate directly through the app or by phone.

2.

Provide at least 48 hours’ notice so your First Mate can secure materials and schedule your service.

3.

Your First Mate will confirm the timing, estimated hours, and any provisioning or enhancements you’d like.

4.

Walk-Off Services will be completed within 24 hours of your vessel returning to shore, unless otherwise arranged.
